Phil Salgado
President
Phil Salgado is the principal owner and majority shareholder of Parkhill Land Developments Ltd (0775353 BC Ltd). Presently Phil is the sole Director and President of the holding and operating company.

Phil is an experienced businessman, builder and tradesman with over 25 years in the new home building and real estate investment industry.

He is also the owner and operator of Westcastle Holdings Ltd. and the majority owner of Westcastle Land Developments Ltd. Westcastle Holdings Ltd., under Phil’s direction, is currently operating a custom home building and project management company, building mainly in Calgary, southern Alberta, and the Columbia Valley region of southeastern B.C.

Phil maintains an interest in several land-holding companies with future development sites in Calgary and Kimberley, B.C. These sites will be future investment opportunities for investors interested in development projects in these areas.

Phil also worked in Japan as a working foreman for Jayman-Crawford Homes of Calgary. While there he built and supervised panelized homes for several years during the mid-1990’s.

Phil will maintain the role as the president and operating manager of Parkhill Land Developments Ltd. and will oversee all current and ongoing business operations on behalf of the shareholders and the operating company.

Larry Breault
Partner
Larry Breault is an owner-operator of Breault Enterprises Ltd., a mobile welding company working primarily in the oil and gas industry in northeastern British Columbia. Larry has lived in the Dawson Creek area for over 25 years and is a well-respected businessman in the community.

Larry has been an independent businessman for over 15 years and previously worked as an RCMP officer for 10 years. Larry maintains many relationships in the area both in the public and business community.

Larry is a minor shareholder in Parkhill Land Developments Ltd. Larry will not hold any direct operational or director's position, but will be working on a subcontract basis as a liaison on behalf of the company within the local business community. Specifically, Larry will be working on the shareholders' behalf to utilize his connections within the business community. Larry will assist in the development approval process and to ensure the successful development and completion of this project.

Daren Gull
Sales Manager
Mr. Gull is the founder and CEO of The Canada Real Estate Network, an
internet based real estate marketing company established in Calgary and
now operating in every major market in Canada. He is also a co-owner and
manager of Century 21 Energy in Dawson Creek, B.C., where he is actively
involved in commercial and residential development projects.

Mr. Gull graduated from the University of Calgary in communications and marketing,
and has worked in several roles including sales, marketing, and communications
with leading companies. He has extensive experience in radio, TV, print, and
internet marketing. His role with the company is to provide strategic plans for
marketing and internet exposure to the development, as well as day to day
sales management of the project locally.

in integrated brand design & communications campaigns. We have a long
history of building highly effective identities for a wide range of public and
private sector clients.

The company is owned equally by the two principals: Andy Strote and
Lionel Gadoury.

Context Creative has been in business since 2001. However, Andy and
Lionel have been business partners in previous companies for over 16 years.
Context currently has 11 employees on staff as well as contract arrangements
with numerous specialty service providers on an as-needed basis.
